Wild Alaskan True Cod Loins

As a lover of flacky white fish, a usual haddock buyer; this cod is preferable to anything else. I researched an easy receipe that would let the fish shine, and it did. (4 servings) bake @ 400 degrees 15 mins-20 mins prep fish w/egg white wash B4 adding topping Topping: 1/4 c bread crumbs (I used Italian style) 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese spices - Salt, pepper, tumeric, paprika

I’m able to eat it again thanks to it being low Histamine!

The texture was like rubber. No matter how I cooked it I could not get any other result. Used your recipe and a couple more. I will not try this again.
