This was my first visit to the story in Bethlehem and I LOVED it. I purchased the Herbs de Provence olive oil, as well as some other products and this olive oil infused with Herbs de Provence is absolutely delicious. I used it to make roased peppers where I roasted them using the Herbs de Provence olive oil. They roated in the oven for about 20 minutes coated in the olive oil. Wow, they came out delicouse. I served the peppers on a loaf of fresh bread with extra Herbs de Provence Olive Oil. My guests were raving and enjoyed the appetizer with this SEASONS product.

My wife loves this oil! My wife and I love your oils and vinegars. Excellent tasting infused oil! Great to spread on meats... We must have 6-7 different oils and vinegars...all are excellent!
