Ritorno a Napoli

Bought for home use to make pizze in my Ooni Karu wood oven. Following suggestion on the label, I sprinkled the yeast dry into the dough then added the water and salt, before continuing the fermentation and proofing. Beautiful airy, crunchy crust. Great hack (to me). Simplifies my pizza making.
