Black Magic

We served this with calamari and crab on Christmas Eve as part of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. It was a smashing success especially to those who had never tasted black pasta. There is no place out here in Arizona to find squid ink pasta so we were very pleased to find it at Supermarket Italy.
