So good!

When we were in Italy, I did a tasting test of local balsamic vinegars. This was BY FAR the winner. We had several bottles shipped home from Italy. I looked for a source in the USA and found supermarket Italy. We ordered lots for gifts. It’s delicious in salads - on avocado toast - on tomatoes- in dressings and sauces.

Best balsamic vinegar

When we were in Italy, I did a taste test of various local balsamic vinegars at a shop in Bellagio on Lake Como. This was the hands-down winner. So thick and rich. We had several bottles shipped home. However, we went through it too fast and I started looking for domestic suppliers so I could give it as gifts. We use it on just about everything!
