Weekend in Seattle

I have found that Seattle has the best salmon and halibut for my tastes. Now, my wife and I don’t have to make the long drive or wait in line for the Russian roulette of TSA exposing you to potentially injurious X-rays when flying. We have the taste and texture of Seattle-level fish now effortlessly in our kitchen with the sparkling taste of the halibut and salmon from Premier Catch. With other companies we found parasitic worms (benign but unappetizing) in the salmon and many times having our order arriving partially thawed. Neither have EVER happened with Premier Catch. We found other companies had non-recyclable packaging that was overwhelming in mass and often insufficient. Premier Catch packaging, like the superb quality of their fish, is superbly 100% easily recyclable. Their deliveries are always on time, and if there is a delay, they immediately contact you. This is a small company that is just a gem doing everything right. My wife and I feel we are very lucky to have found such a dedicated, solid source for our fish.

SALMON PIES ROCK!

We have had King Salmon and Halibut delivered on subscription for several years and it has always been great. My wife has several recipes but our family and friends beg for Salmon pies with a layer of spinach on the bottom crust which is awesome. The owners are friendly and always accommodating.
