Beyond restaurant quality

I made my first piece of miso marinated black cod last night. I made my own miso marinade as I had not noticed that it was also offered on the site with the work already done and already marinated! It was absolutely wonderful and it has become my new favorite fish. My order arrived most promptly and with enough dry ice to keep it frozen even during the extreme heat and humidity we have been experiencing in Ohio. I will most definitely be re-ordering on a regular basis and adding other selections to my order. I couldn't be more pleased with the company and the product. I would highly recommend.
