Tea is 5 stars, customer service is 1 star
There was a mix up with my order and I got someone else's package instead. I offered to send it back, which then Kettl sent me a shipping label right away, but not my original order. Kettl gave me 15% off on the teas that they sent to me in error. I ended up keeping some. However, when they sent me the invoice, there was no 15% off and then they charged me for a tea I already paid for! My original order was put in 11/9 and I did not receive my order until 11/27. Kettl has some great teas. But the lack of attention to detail with their customer service, especially since they were the ones who made the mistake is enough to make me order from a different business instead. They eventually fixed my invoice and gave me 20% off my original order, but honestly it felt like such an afterthought. The whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. What is the point of trying to do the right thing if Kettl is going to make it extremely difficult and painful?

tasty, but past its prime?
The expiration date on the tea package (October 28, 2021) was before my purchase date (November 1, 2021). I still thought it tasted fine but was a little disappointed that I was sold expired tea.
