My Family and I truly enjoyed the unique flavor of these pork ribs which were rich in marbled fat! I smoked them low and slow for 5 hours - no need to spray them due to the fat content.. That being said I still can not justify the high cost .

Very rich and complex. I absolutely loved them, but some people might not prefer the stronger flavor. It like comparing a dark roast espresso with a light blend. Both are great, but some people don’t like a richer profile. I thought they were incredible and will definitely buy them again.

Very good meat. Fall off the bone tender with superior taste. Lots of meat per rib. Not disappointed.
