Great Butchering Knife

I've used this knife to butcher a few different cuts of beef and some full chickens and it is great, it has a nice shape and is flexible enough to work with.

Liked the first one so much I bought another

I had bought 140 .m version a year earlier. I fell in love with it so much that when I started sous viding and needed a carving knife, the 240mm version was an obvious choice. I couldn't be happier. They are hard enough to really hold their edge well and the handle contour is very comfortable. Next up, the cleaver.
