This was the first chefs knife I've ever bought after many many hours of research. It was a birthday gift and I can say it did not disappoint! Came sharp out of the box, cut paper sharp! I had the pleasure of using this well balanced knife and I may need to buy one for myself. It handled really well and I felt confident using it. Couldn't recommend this knife more.
