I ordered two pairs to go into shoes I only wear occasionally, so I could stop swapping out my other pair from the shoes I wear most of the time. They arrived looking literally brand new, and they have an identical feel/comfort level. Will be buying more in the future.

I'm not a stranger to wearing insoles but the ones available were just hard arch support with little padding or good padding with little to no arch support. These are a perfect balance of both. I put them in two pairs of shoes and off I went. They are comfortable, cushioned and supportive. They are perfect. My feet thank you.
