Pads work great; wish I knew more info

The met pads seem to be working great in conjunction with my Pace extra high arches. However I wish there was more info included with the product about adjusting the met pads and what exactly I should be experiencing. They have held up though and I adjusted to having them in place. Thanks Tread Labs!
