Rosegold Espresso

I first picked up this coffee from a small coffee stand by the side of the road in Austin, and loved it so much I have now purchased a 5lb bag and make my morning latte with it on my La Pavoni. This coffee is coffee. I don’t know how else to put it. It’s what coffee is supposed to taste like. Not over roasted and black and oily and heartburny, not under roasted and bitter and sour and like drinking a cup of bile. Not Rosegold. It’s nutty, warm, milk chocolatey, peanut buttery, creamy, but has that light bite in the throat you want from a good cup of joe. Dont sleep on Rosegold. Buy a pound, and be prepared to come back for five more.

The rose gold espresso is my favorite espresso, and I have tried hundreds of different brands at this point. My guests always comment on how wonderful it is as well.
