I like the fact that I can pump two drops in my mouth and I have my vitamin b for the day. I have been taking this product since 2017. When I have my blood work done my numbers are right where they should be

I think I love it ;)

This is the one B complex vitamin my body seems to absorb and like. I've noticed my hair has much more body and my nails have strengthened tremendously. I even feel bit of a pick me up after taking it. No other B vitamins or B-complex or other supplements that are supposed to do this have done this, even though my blood tests have shown that I've absorbed these other B's. I love it!
