Bought both the KM-1 & KM-2

If they made a KM 1.5 I’d only have bought one. The KM-1 will be my workhorse but occasionally I’ll need a bit more capacity then the KM-1 hence bought both. Quality construction and finish. Came real close setting the kerf using the cut corner of a block of wood. But to really hone in on a nice snug fit I used inside calipers to measure the distance between the orange kerf end and the grey slider. Then I reajusted the calipers a few thousand’s of an inch at a time and set the gap to the new setting. This allowed me to really get the snug but not tight fit of my dado cuts. But why oh why did they package the KM-2 in such a large box :-)

This tool is a time saver in the shop and very small also.
