I have been trying to make dovetail joints for some boxes I am making for my granddaughters. I decided to splurge on Rob’s dovetail saw. I was impressed with the weight and quality of the saw right out of the box. The small kerf blade at the front really makes it a lot easier to start my cut and I like the larger rip tooth set to finish. I’m not yet making a perfect dovetail but getting close. Very happy with the saw!

Quality and durability

From the second I picked the saw from the box, it felt like a quality tool should; heirloom quality, a bit of heft and ergonomically natural to hold.
