This shade is so dark and vampy. It’s perfection I love the formula, the smell, and the color selection! This one is one of my favorite dark shades!!

Wonderful nude shade for deep and warm complexions

Ravenous is a brown-red that's both dark and warm, free of any hints of frosty purple or blue or gray; I've only found this shade of lipstick at Rituel de Fille. On my naturally redheaded friend with a very fair and neutral complexion, it does look splendidly witchy, as other reviews indicate. But on me — Black and Asian, medium-deep with golden undertones and a deep brown lip — this is a nude or MLBB shade. It looks fantastic either way, but, as it doesn't read as editorial or dramatic on me, I wear it in every setting at full opacity. Layered like this, it is true to the dried-blood color shown in the website photos and is particularly flattering. If you have a deep and warm complexion, are searching for a shade of red that's more subtle than it is scarlet, and prefer cream formulas that are a little more old-school than modern (I do), I hope this feedback helps.
