Thorn Bite Peptide Plump Crème Lip Oil: Rose Bite

Beautiful color and so comfortable

This was my first time trying the lip oil and I love it. It goes on smoothly, has a subtle plumbing effect without any tingling, and the color wears beautifully. This color was a bit warmer than I expected but it's still gorgeous. It's nice to layer over other lip products for a pretty shine, and great to wear on its own too. Definitely will buy more in other colors.

Rose Bite - cool, but not too much so.

Rose Bite is so flattering, it's a re-purchase for me. In MAC terms, I'm NW15 with auburn locks. Aside from the excellent color, PPCLO are comfortable to wear & fade elegantly.

Deeper shade and less moisturizing than expected

But a very beautiful shade. I was thinking about getting Clear Dew because my lips need all the moisture (don't wear makeup most days) and after using this I don't think I'd go for the clear as a lip treatment. Super glossy and plump. The shade reads autumnal on me (fair-light slightly warm of neutral olive). It was too orange worn by itself, and with my everyday neutral/cool blush (Desire, most flattering but wintery so I'm trying to find spring/summer shades), but when paired with other warm shades it came together as a cohesive beautiful look. I tried to use it sparingly for a lighter shade, as I found it darker than pictured or in user photos, but I couldn't get even, lighter coverage with it unless I applied with the wand and blotted a lot.
