I had to wait for this order but it's been my experience that the best things in life are worth waiting for. I've tried several different spice companies including mixing my own but nothing compares to PS seasonings flavors are the best, everything I want in flavor ...I've done jerky , meat sticks and jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, everything was so easy and turned out perfect.

Had a great flavor however was very disappointed that it was not actually hot

Seasoning is great but 1 bag of cure missing
