#770 pepper stick

Easy, straight forward, especially if one had purchased previously. Flavor of sticks improve as they rest in the freezer over time.

not what i was hoping for

was excided to try different mix was expecting more of something like pepper taste disappointed will go back to willies love ps seasonings over the years

Great mix

First time making snack sticks. Used moose and some pork with this. Added high temp cheddar, pepperjack and minced jalapeños. Smoked it and finished drying it in the dehydrator ( it was 15 degrees out). They seemed mild but the pepper and the rest kicked in. I’d make this again.
