It's a good intro rack.
If you know you'll never go beyond its capacity, and that is probably the majority of people, this is probably the rack to get. It's a bit chincy with the gauge, but it'll do the job for 95% of people. Probably wouldn't want to drop any substantial weight, but typically a failure is a gentle matter of slowly letting it down then a catastrophic drop. My only criticism is that it should come with two more bolt plates for the bottom, as its actually possible to warp the metal down there without noticing when tightening the bolts if you're like me and just use a socket wrench. Definitely great price though compared to the sets of yesteryear in mid 2010's. Now obviously, the competitor is the T-2 from Titan and yeah you do get more for $50. You also take up more space because it's a power rack. You could also get a little thicker gauge with something like an Ethos rack, but no pull up bar.
If you are serious. You'll outgrow this. At that point though you'd be so committed you can just waste money on some expensive kit knowing you'll use it. If you're any other person I'd just get this because its above the dreck and competitive. It occupies the most essential tier in the budget market: 2nd from the bottom. Being able to compare it to the rack I had ages ago I can see that the corner cutting, which is necessary to get the price down, is service of affordability rather than usability. So if you know you're not going to use a bunch of fancy doodads and accoutrements attachments, I'd just get this one. If the day does come when you have to get rid of it, trust me that you will be thankful it is not made from a ridiculous over-engineered gauge because you could totally throw this in the back of vehicle to deliver this yourself if you ever have to sell it.

Great Squat Rack
This squat rack checks off pretty much all the boxes. It's solid, easy to assemble, looks good, functions as it should and fits in my space. I absolutely love that there are so many holes to choose from (one of the reasons I purchased it) to get the proper spacing for bench and squats and my pulley system, however, the only small thing that could be improved upon is if they had numbers on the upright holes. Setting the J-Clips and the spotter arms in exactly the right holes to get them level is pretty challenging when you are just trying to eyeball it mid workout. I solved this by making a mark on the holes that work for my positioning with some chalk but honestly, how hard would it have been to include some numbers? Even if it was every other one? Anyway, other than this detail, the rack is great and I love that I can add a lot of attachments to it (which I couldn't do with my previous squat rack).

Rack is solid and works great, pull up bar is nice and thick.
My only critique is the picture shows spotter arms and those arent included with this, other than that its a solid investment for a home gym when you assemble it correctly.
