Im very happy with this purchase. This thing is heavy duty and high quality. I use it for different squat variations using the BOB. Ive used it for land mine t bar rows and even hip thrusts.

This is whaat we’ve all waited for! The variation that is possible with this is crazy. Garage gyms are always tight on space and this gives you access to so many movements that otherwise would have needed its own seperate machine. Worth it!
