Lovely pattern well written

This is a lovely, beginner friendly pattern Instructions are very clear, and the photos are very helpful I would suggest modifying the pattern Instructions to add stay stitching where the shirring and front band join, it makes for a cleaner join at the seam, otherwise you get a "jog" This in the correct size was slightly too big at the waistline (still wearable but I will size down next time, the shirring is quite stretchy and added slightly too much ease for me ) and the skirt was slightly too short, purely because I like floorlong maxi skirts, not a pattern length issue. I am going to add an additional hemming row to make it longer. I used quite crisp cotton (dobby) so it is not as flowy but the end results is slightly structured , and quite gorgeous the sort of skirt I'd be delighted to find in a boutique store! The finished result is excellent. I highly recommend this pattern. (Ps my material was from a duvet cover that had started wearing out at thecseams so it's great to be able to make this beautiful skirt out of it!!)

Beautiful tiered skirt pattern

The Tiered Maxi skirt is really beautiful. I found the instructions very thorough and it was easy to follow each step. The end result I am so proud of and have received many compliments. I love wearing my skirt and will be making more soon. Thank you for a great pattern.

Tiered Maxi Skirt.

I have not made this yet just wanted to get the pattern for my collection. I will be making it when I find the right material. It does look like it will be a fun project. I have watched many videos on it.
