Big flavor

It's got some heat, but it also has a uniquely deep and rich flavor. It was a delicious addition to roasted vegetables, and I am looking forward to trying it in other dishes.

Spectacularly good Espelette pepper powder

This Piment D'Ville pepper powder is very high quality and richly flavored. I found it is better than Spanish imports I have used. But note - it is not bland, it has true Piment D'Ville "intensity."
