Delish
I cooked the beans for two hours and then made chili with ours. I loved it! Way better than kidneys. I can’t wait to try more recipes with them.

Amazing!
I used a recipe I found here on the site for brothy beans. So easy and delicious! In ~3 hours the beans were perfectly cooked and I had not pre-soaked them.

Great broth bean
I cooked under pressure from dry for the recommended time. They came out delicious, but slightly al dente. I will pre soak next time.
