Benriner Mandoline

So pleased

The Bernriner Mandoline is everything hoped for. I had a very old Japanese style mandoline many years ago that finally wore out and tried a heavy European style one for a number of years that I wasn’t happy with. Now I’m happy and it is very sharp and easy to use.

Amazing tool

If you don’t own one of these, I suggest you get one. It’s sharp, ergonomically great, and easy to use. You’ll immediately see better results in the dishes you’re making, aesthetically, texturally, technically, and you’ll probably find yourself finding new uses for it or practicing different cuts with it.

Delightful shredder

We made picked carrots and daikon with this. So easy to use and much faster than cutting by hand. Excellent made mandoline.
