Great tweezers

I'd previously been using other fish tweezers and had become frustrated at how clumsy they were. These tweezers are fantastic, extremely precise and function perfectly. Highly recommend

If you cook fish often at home, you should have a set of fish tweezers, and this is a good quality set.

Fish tweezers are a bit of a uni-tasker in the kitchen, but if they are (a) really effective/high quality and (b) reasonably priced then a uni-tasker isn't always a bad thing. These tweezers fit that bill - there is just no better way to grab onto pin-bones and pull them without damaging the flesh. BONUS: you'll run less of a risk of damaging your razor sharp high carbon steel blade if you are able to fully remove the animal's bones. These tweezers are reasonably springy, made of thick steel and seem like they will hold up for a long time. The geometry really worked for gripping and pulling the delicate pin bones from an orange roughy fillet.
