Gesshin 1000 XL Ceramic Stone

This thing is a brick, a GREAT brick

This stone is big, I figure my family will inherit a big brick when I'm gone. This stone has great feedback, cuts fast and performs exactly as I would expect from the name Gesshin. The more Gesshin knives and stones I end up with, the more i like them. Never disappointed with the products or the service.

Love My New Stone

Recently ordered the Gesshin 1000 Grit Larges Stone and the 320 Splash and go stone. Both have worked amazing probably my favorite stones Ive owned so far. Love this shop always great product and very helpful customer service. Second to none!!

MASSIVE Stone

Great, big brick of a whetstone, even greater value. Cuts fast, dishes fairly slow, and easy to polish scratch depth followed by 4k Shapton Glass. Being a professional cook, this will last me over a lifetime, even with my weekly sharpening routine. Much thanks to Jon, and JKI staff!
