Such a great knife to have in the kitchen, A good starter Knife if you're looking to get into specialty knifes. Low enough price that I don't feel guilty while learning proper care and use, but quality enough to learn proper care and use. This Knife has me cooking more at home because of the fact that I am enjoying using it.
