Tread Carefully
I own a Briggs & Riley 27” carry-on suitcase. After much travel over serval years the rubber on the wheels wore off so the wheels needed to be replaced. I went to the website to purchase a replacement wheel kit, by looking for the correct size bag and matching the construction of the wheels. I was charged $30 shipping for a "guaranteed for Life” product. It arrived in good time and I immediately realized the 4 wheels were incorrect, at this point I contacted Briggs & Riley via their on-line chat assistant. They identified the correct wheel kit for my suitcase which I had to reorder for another $30 dollars and they had a policy of not accepting the return of the incorrect wheel kits. I installed the new wheels and the roller suitcase works perfectly. I realize I should have contacted the help assistant in the first place rather than try and order the wheel kits on my own, my mistake, so be fore warned to do your due diligence and be sure you are ordering the correct item or you will be out $60 and have four new wheels of no use to you and probably will be going to a nearby landfill. I would expect a top of the line manufacturer to have a better customer service policy.

Second set of bad wheels
I love the fact that there are DIY wheel replacements. But the first set I ordered had the holes drilled in the wrong place - so there was no possible way to line up. They kindly sent me a new set of front wheels. Unfortunately those holes were also drilled in the wrong place…. So no way to align.

Spinner wheel replacement
I ordered the correct parts however the holes were drilled in the wrong place, I had to elongate the holes in the carry-on case to make the whel replacement fit.
