Replacement wheels lasted one trip

The replacement wheel kits I recently purchased started faling apart before even one trip was complete. The rubber of the wheel "tread" started peeling away. Fortunately, customer service did the right thing and is sending me another wheel kit. I've had the large spinner suitcase for a number of years (has been replaced once) and so I'm happy that we can keep it functioning. Customer service has been good.

Incorrect and misleading wheel repair kit

The item listed on the website said “Torque large spinner wheel repair kit”. I have ordered it and received it and then found it that it doesn’t fit out Torque large spinner ! The size is too big for the bag and our bag is indeed the Torque large spinner. I had to then ship my bag to Briggs and Riley for repair. Very disappointed and need a REFUND.
