Wheels fit fine work well. But should be covered by warranty

This is less a review of the product. The wheels alone are fine and fit my old Torq bag. My issue is that it should be a covered warranty part. But that only applies if you send the entire bag to B&R at your own expense. As someone who lives outside the US, and not near an international service center, this is impractical. B&R should accept photos of the broken wheels.
