Carry-On: All-in-One

I love my luggage set. My sisters & I go on a yearly trip. This year when they saw my new luggage set they loved it. One sister already ordered and received her new set and another sister will be ordering her set soon. Very satisfied customer

Luv my new set!! And the color is just beautiful!! I tried out how the roll at work before purchasing. Same at home!! I cannot wait to use my carry-on on my trip!! OH!! Very lught weight too!!

Very disappointing customer service experience. I received the wrong luggage color and had to spend several days following up just to get a proper response and exchange label. Responses were delayed, and I repeatedly had to explain the issue because support kept focusing on unrelated details instead of resolving the actual problem. While they eventually provided an exchange label and store credit, the entire process was unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming for a fulfillment mistake on their end. I expected much better communication and customer care from a premium luggage brand.
