No color option and took for ever to arrive. We purchased this brand solely because of the lifetime warranty and now it hardly seems worth it. Shopping elsewhere in future

Rolling again

Great set of wheels. easy to install and luggage is up and rolling again. On another note, Briggs and Riley are a great company. Easy to order parts and their products speak for themselves.

I had a online chat with one of your representatives and asked about the wheels (before I purchased) to make sure they were the correct ones for my luggage. I was assured they were after giving all the information that he requested. Needless to say they were not the correct ones, not even close. Had to leave the luggage behind as it is useless without the wheel. Will try again with a different wheel but will also have a online chat with another representative prior to purchase to insure it is the proper wheel.
