I just took these bags on their first trip and I never realized how a good bag can make your travel easier! Smooth rolling wheels, sturdy handles and the compression packing is amazing! I do all the heavy lifting, so I usually handle my wife’s bag as well as mine. I have rolled 2 large checked bags for miles and they’re a breeze to handle, even on carpet. Yes. They’re expensive but I just sent 3 Samsonite bags in for warranty repair because of broken wheels, handles and body plastic. Nothing was covered and all 3 are in the landfill and I’m out almost $300 per bag! Briggs and Riley seem like a buy it once and done kind of company. The warranty was the determining factor, especially after my Samsonite experience.
