Best for vegetarian soup!

I've never used a different brand, but I'm very happy with this one. We've been trying to figure out a completely from scratch soup base that isn't tomato. This does the trick! I just add it to the mirepoix, salt, and water, and it gives that umami flavor I was looking for.

I love this product. I use it for sauces, gravies, risotto, soups, stuffed cabbage rolls, etc. Adds great flavor to many dishes.
