As incredible as you'd think. Marmalade made with delicious rhubarb perfect amount of tart and nice thickness. I put on a cracker with sharp cheddar. Wow!

I love this! Delicious! I can get it year 'round and has the flavor and texture of fresh rhubarb and it's not TOO sweet. If you love rhubarb, this is the answer.
