I sent 14 knives in about 2 months ago. Took about 2 weeks w priority service request to get back. I decided to cancel my annual subscription as none had the course feel to the fingertips you often get from a brand new knive. But, I was wrong. I sent in 4 knives to have sharpened. They came back within 2 weeks, sharper than they have ever been. One was a hunting knife with a convex edge that was sharpened to perfection. Will use the service again!
