This was so much better than I expected or anything I want to pay for at the regular supermarket! I was worried about the word "trimmings," but this was high-quality, tender, flavorful, nutritious meat. And I appreciate that you have cheese without any toxic table salt! It didn't need it because it was so fresh and creamy, but if it did, I could always add pink mountain salt.
