There’s nothing like it. I don’t know how people can use tounge in dishes, as mine has never made it past the cutting board!! 😅😅 The flavor is sooooo fantastic I would think it a crime to add much to it. This time around I cooked it with one fresh Laurel leaf! Oh my!! It was perfection.

Ate it the way my grandpa did on crackers with horseradish sauce
