I bought these for jerky
I bought the trimmings for jerky. I also bought the bison bites and both bone broths. Overall, it’s the best tasting bison I’ve had. I love that it’s grass fed because I have celiac and am very sensitive to corn and soy fed animal meat. The shipping took 4 days to get to California, but it was all still solid as a rock frozen! I plan on ordering more trimmings when I’m done eating all the jerky!

Love the bison trimmings!
We are low histamine eaters and ordered the bison trimmings to grind up into ground bison. We LOVE it!!!
