These certainly don't taste like energy food. They taste like homemade without the work. A bit expensive but when out on a long training or racing event they are super convenient and really hit the spot.

Old skool

I miss riding in Belgium and the rest of Europe. I especially miss the authentic Belgian waffles! These are the next best thing and are essential to pre, during, and post training fuel!!

Great product, I have been ordering these for a couple years now, they are super tasty, and pack a good amount of calories for pre-run fuel. I think they also have a good nutritional profile mix, good amount of carbs, sodium, and some fat to fuel a good effort. I toast one of these up before runs.
