Pasture Raised Pork Steak

Amazing

I couldn't find this in a steakhouse ! The pork did meet my expectations! Perfect for the grill or the crockpot. It was also plenty for our little family without any going to waste. We don't eat a lot of pork but this is quality.

Really enjoyed this cut and will buy again for my family. I use my traditional Jamaican seasoning and the meat absorbed it very well and was great for slow roasting.
