Excellent Salmon
It is worth the expensive to get this salmon. It’s hard to mess it up, it’s so tender and flavorful that simple ingredients make it shine better than high end restaurant salmon. I do wish the skin was removed. It adds an unpleasant smell to the salmon when opening the package. Definitely not a deal breaker, just a preference.

Superb salmon
This salmon is the best I ever had: great taste enlivened by extreme freshness. No need to the guild the lily - we serve it just grilled, a bit underdone and it is perfection
