Pasture Raised Pork Shoulder

Amazing taste

This was THE BEST pork shoulder I've ever had. I pan seared both sides then finished it in the oven. The 2nd time I ordered it, I cooked it on the grill. Both times, the shoulder was amazing -- tender, juicy & flavorful. If you think you don't really like pork or you've never tasted artisanal, pasture-raised pork from pigs that spent their lives foraging outside the way pigs are meant to do, you are in for a treat. It's $$ but totally worth the extra cost.

I braised the pork shoulder roast following a recipe a found online. The low and slow cooking produced a roast that was positively finger-licking good. I'll be ordering this again.
