This was my first time trying the bavette. I had not heard of it prior to reading the reviews. I was a bit nervous about how to cook it, but I look up a recipe on line and cooked it in a saute pan with butter and rosemary. It was delicious and I will purchase again.

Very happy with my first purchase from Grass Roots. Meat in the mail, kind of made me nervous. But it came fully frozen. No shipping issues. The flavor of the Bavette steak was juicy and delicious. Will buy again in my next purchase.
