Surprise Tri Tip
We have sampled virtually all of the cuts provided by Spring Rock Farm and have always been delighted by the quality and taste of their meat. We recently tried their try tip cut of beef and were remarkably surprised. It’s an economical cut but its flavor is just superb. The tri-tip is easy to grill and if you’re having a crowd serving two or three is quite simple on the barbecue. It has now become a regular in our ordering.
