Their customer service is an abomination. The worst I have ever seen. I have had a dew issues so fat and send 4 emails and nothing back.

This is an amazing chiller so far. Very sleek. I love how the power cord is wrapped in the insulation that also insulates the tube to the pump! And the pump has a purification chamber!! So nice! Being able to control the temperature and record your plunge times on the app is amazing!

I love it. The water gets pretty chilled lol I'm happy with it. I'm just thinking of longevity, how long can this thing run and the maintenance on it. I'm not sure but Im on a wing and a prayer that this thing outlive $1,000 dollars worth lol. But I am happy with my chiller. I guess the only con I have is with the app. I wish I can record on my phone while still using the timer. But I'm still getting use to it. I've only had for about 2 weeks now.
