Received the box and immediately thought" How is a sauna in that small of a box?" Assembled it in about 5 minutes and at first, it seemed relatively small, but after sitting inside with the heat you can tell why. The heat is amazing and condensed in the relatively tight space. There's plenty of room to move your legs, hands etc. but standing up for someone over 5' tall is impossible. Overall, for the price, you can't beat this thing. I use it 4 nights a week and can already feel a difference in my energy.

The package came on time. The sauna tent was easy to setup. One thing I noticed was that the thermometer was missing; I sent an email but never received a reply. With my room temperature being at 77 Fahrenheit, I turned on the sauna heater which took about 35min to reach 165--this temperature was measured at the top of the tent. At the bottom, it was 130. I never achieved the 185 temperature. Perhaps, if I let it heat two hours, maybe the temperature could have risen to 185, but I highly doubt it. I was really hoping that it would reach the claimed temperature to achieve the benefits in the studies. The zipper door extends past the two narrow polls, which is not a good design; the zipper should only unzip between the widest part between the front polls, which would make it more efficient for getting in/out without losing too much heat. The red-light therapy is a single strip that wraps around the perimeter of the tent once. I am skeptical that the light strip and the distance that it is to my body that it is doing much of anything. I was skeptical when I purchased the sauna, but I really wanted it to work. My skepticism was justified and my hopes were not met. That said, it still gets hot enough to make you sweat.

The sauna was easy to set up and instructions were pretty clear. I was a little surprised with its size. All the photos show men and women standing inside the sauna but to my surprise, it was only about 5 feet tall. Setting that aside, it works well and heats up nicely. I’m still a little skeptical about the functionality of the red light string. Not really sure if it provides the benefits that were described. It appears to be quality red light. All in all, I was good with the product for the price.
